Free: New Year 2022 10-Week Classical Yoga and Meditation Challenge
Reduce loneliness, anxiety and stress. Promote health, wellness, resilience, balance and enjoyment through Classical Yoga.

It is time to welcome a Healthy New Year 2022! Approach New Year with hope, confidence and a determination to do good – good that “Enhances Life”.

The beginning of a New Year is one of the most auspicious times to reflect on lessons learned, set meaningful intentions, and give voice to your most auspicious wishes that will enhance your and others’ lives in the coming months and distant future.

While we don’t know what 2022 has in store for us, one thing is clear and certain: Yoga offers immense health and wellness benefits. Our team of classical yoga, meditation and pranayama teachers are so excited to be continuing to offer free classes throughout 2022 and we encourage you to try our 10-Week Yoga Challenge.

Free: New Year 2022 10-Week Classical Yoga and Meditation Challenge

What: Gentle online classical yoga classes combining breath, movement and meditation.

When: Starting January 4 and ending March 10

Tuesday – Noon to 1 p.m.
Wednesday – 6 to 7 a.m.
Thursday – Noon to 1 p.m.

Everyone – faculty, staff, students, alumni, retirees, visiting scholars – welcome! No experience is required.

Note: Have a light breakfast and try to not eat two hours before the practice; you may take a sip or two of water/juice.

It is a wonderful way to experience first-hand the benefits to mind, body, and spirit of a regular practice in your own home. You will feel physically and mentally stronger, and more socially connected to your classmates, teachers, colleagues, everyone, hopefully seeing their smiling faces and good wishes at the end of every class.
