October 12 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

This Healthy Workplace Month, faculty and staff are invited to join Amar Laila in this interactive workshop to learn key food skills to help you plan healthy, no waste meals for yourself and your family. Skills you will learn include meal planning, involving children, eating more plant-based protein, and making tasty leftovers. After the workshop, test out your new skills with the Guelph Family Health Study’s Lentil Bolognese! Registrants will be entered into a draw for a Guelph Family Health Study Plant-based cookbook!

Wellness @Work has collaborated with the Campus Food Market! On October 13 between noon and 1 p.m., pick up your dry meal kit from our Wellness@Work booth in the UC Courtyard. Pick up fresh produce from the Campus Food Market a few steps away. Make sure to post a photo of your completed meal on our Healthy Meals kudoboard!
