When you first got your startup going it was just you, maybe a partner or two. Now with sales growing quickly, you need more people (good people) and you needed them yesterday! You need to make a fast transition from entrepreneur to manager so you can motivate your new employees, build your company’s culture, and lead your teams to new heights.

The Centre for Business and Student Enterprise (CBaSE) has invited Marc Petitpas, vice-president of Fusion Homes, one of Canada’s fastest growing home builders, to help teach you how to scale the human side of your startup to keep up with sales. He spent more than 15 years in senior sales, marketing and operational roles for some of Canada’s largest organizations, from Telus to MLSE, and has presented to MBA classes at both Ryerson and the University of Guelph.

Petitpas will teach you leadership skills that you can begin applying to your startup immediately. This event is free to attend and open to all members of campus and the community.
