Prof. Jordi Diez, Political Science, was interviewed by the New York Times May 17 for a story looking at gay marriage in Mexico. Diez discussed the recent announcement by Mexico’s president to legalize gay marriage across the country. Diez studies Latin American politics, gay and lesbian rights in Latin America, and public policy-making in those countries.
