More than 3 or 4 headaches a month are too many!

Learn drug-free strategies to decrease tension and migraine headaches, and decrease headache pain.

This four-part skills program with Kathy Somers of the Stress Management & High Performance Clinic meets ONLINE for 90 minutes, once a week, for 4 weeks.
