A portion of Alumni Walk is currently closed outside of the J.D. MacLachlan Building until winter 2027. This closure is to enable the restoration and expansion of J.D. MacLachlan.
There is a temporary accessible pathway created on Johnston Green available. However, while the temporary pathway is being created from Aug. 18 to 21, access will be restricted and pedestrians and vehicles are advised to follow a detour route, either coming into campus via Reynolds walk or the pathway across Johnston Green from College Avenue and Gordon Street.
