Worrying is a component of anxiety, and you can do something about it!

Learn to curb the worry habit… and how to avoid the five key pitfalls that perpetuate and escalate worrying.

This two-hour skills workshop meets online with Kathy Somers of the Stress Management & High Performance Clinic and includes brain training exercises and a variety of other techniques to decrease worrying.
