2nd Annual U of Guelph Yoga Speaker Series 2022
Please join our second speaker event on March 13 at 2 p.m. ET via Zoom!
Diana O’Reilly will be speaking on the topic of “How to Fight”. The Climate Crisis of our age demands that we battle for the wellbeing of our world. How we fight as yogis are our challenge.
Diana has been teaching yoga in the UK for the past 15 years and is currently Chair of the British Wheel of Yoga. Diana will reference the Bhagavad Gita and Thich Nhat Hahn’s book How to Fight during her talk.
Don’t forget to bring your yoga mat! The event includes a short yoga practice.
Yoga: 2:00 to 2:20 p.m.
Talk: 2:20 to 3:00 p.m.
Q&A: 3:00 to 3:30 p.m.
