U of G’s newest online exhibition is launching on Thursday, May 13 and we want you to join us! If you’re interested in Canadian food trends, this one’s for you. “From our Mothers’ Kitchens”: Cooking in Rural Canada explores how rural and agrarian areas have shaped Canadian food trends and preferences over the past 160 years.

This event will be presented in conjunction with the Rural Women’s Studies Association Triennial Conference and is a collaboration between Archival and Special Collections at the McLaughlin Library and the Department of History in the College of Arts.

If you’d like to attend, please email Dr. Rebecca Beausaert at rbeausae@uoguelph.ca by May 12 to receive a Zoom link for the launch.
