Join us remotely for the next episode of Deep Dish Dialogues. This month features Chitra Saravanan of Krisha Indian Cooking School and Katherine Eckert, Arrell Scholar and Ph.D. Candidate at the University of Guelph. Chitra is the owner and instructor at Krisha Indian School and she will show us how to make peas pulao and coconut chickpea curry. Our discussion will revolve around nutrition and how culture and cooking education impacts acceptance of a plant-based diet.
