Want to learn how to cook like a critically acclaimed chef? You won’t want to miss out on the kickoff to our fall 2022 Deep Dish Dialogues series with Chef Jason Bangerter. Chef Jason Bangerter is the Executive Chef of Langdon Hall Country House Hotel and Spa. He is the co-author of Langdon Hall: The Cookbook, a recognized Slow Food hero and he has been helping to grow Canada’s culinary scene. In our session Chef Jason will be showing us how to make a special dish while discussing “taste of place” and how to build relationships with farmers. Deep Dish Dialogues is an online monthly event series that showcases chefs and food experts diving into impactful subjects. Each episode features new guests and a recipe connected to the topic. In the session, the audience has the chance to learn how to make new dishes while learning more about food, sustainability and our communities.

This series is brought to you by the University of Guelph’s Arrell Food Institute and the School of Hospitality, Food and Tourism Management at the Gordon S. Lang School of Business and Economics.
