The library will be offering its first Data Skills Boot Camp from Aug. 10 to 13, 2020. During this 4-day, online workshop, attendees will participate in hands-on activities that will introduce them to or remind them of the key stages of the research data lifecycle.

Topics covered in this workshop series include: data basics, data management, creating and  getting data, cleaning and preparing data, data analysis (quantitative, qualitative and geospatial), data visualization and more!

Data Skills Boot Camp is based on our popular longstanding Data Skills Workshop Series that is offered over multiple weeks each semester. We have selected the core workshops from this series and are offering them in a condensed time frame to help researchers kick start their projects ahead of the fall semester.
