November 30 @ 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm

Join us for a bystander intervention training session with the Sexual & Gender-Based Violence Centre and Cultural Diversity Programs. This session will focus on practical skills for disrupting Racism and Rape Culture on Campus and provide participants with the tools to confront violence and oppression by prioritizing community care and safety.

Facilitated by Right To Be, this session will equip you with the right information on how to be an effective bystander using the proven 5Ds of bystander intervention methodology. There’ll be time at the end for practice to leave you more confident about intervening should you see disrespect or harassment happen at your school.
