Dr. Nita Chhinzer

Dr. Nita Chhinzer, an organizational management researcher in the Gordon S. Lang School of Business and Economics, spoke with several CBC Radio stations across the country about the workplace trend of “quiet quitting.” 

Chhinzer explained why some employees are saying no to extracurricular work activities on shows including Daybreak Montreal with Sean Henry, Information Radio – MB with Marcy Markusa and Afternoon Drive with Allison Devereaux.  

A professor in the Department of Management, Chhinzer researches strategic human resources management procedures and ethics.
