Decreasing Headaches

Learn drug-free strategies to decrease tension and migraine headaches, and the pain of headaches. This skills program meets weekly on Thursday evenings, 7:30 - 9 p.m., for foursessions. The fee is $20 for U of G students, $60 for members of USW Local 4120, and $120 for all others. University Centre, Room 332

Remembrance Day

Campus flags will be lowered to half-mast from Friday, November 9 through Sunday, November 11 in observance of Remembrance Day. A wreath will be placed at the flags by the University Centre. A ceremony will be held in Branion Plaza at 11 a.m. on November 11.

Control Academic Stress Series: Procrastination and Perfectionism

Procrastination and perfectionism are common challenges for many students. In the second session of the Control Academic Stress series,  we'll discuss the links between procrastination and perfectionism, identify strategies to decrease procrastination, and learn techniques for managing perfectionism. Participants in all four workshops in the Control Academic Stress series will receive a letter of recognition
