U of G Welcomes International English Language Students
Staff in the English language program at U of G welcome international students to the English language certificate program and graduate preparation diploma program. Orientation begins at 10 a.m. from Sept. 2 to 4. Classes begin Sept. 8. Time: 10 a.m. Location: Johnston Hall, OpenEd, Room 160
Residence Move-in Day
About 4,000 first-year students will move into residence and begin their university experience Move-in takes place across campus and spans the entire day.
Arboretum Plant Sale
The Arboretum is hosting its annual plant sale, featuring a wide variety of trees, shrubs and perennials. All plants are grown and cared for by Arboretum Auxiliary members in the Arboretum's nursery and greenhouse. All sale proceeds help with the ongoing maintenance and development of the Arboretum.
Naomi Klein Talk at U of G
The College of Arts, the College of Biological Science and the Eden Mills Writers' Festival present a talk by Naomi Klein, titled "This Changes Everything: Capitalism vs. the Climate."
