Control Academic Stress Series: Procrastination and Perfectionism
Procrastination and perfectionism are common challenges for many students. In the first session of the Control Academic Stress series, we'll discuss the links between procrastination and perfectionism, identify strategies to decrease procrastination, and learn techniques for managing perfectionism. Participants in all four workshops in the Control Academic Stress series will receive a letter of recognition
