This is the second of a three-part series that will explore the impact of our self-care habits on our day-to-day wellness. The overall goal for the series is to create a warm and engaging space for women to connect with one another to discuss their relationship with their body and their self-care habits. Sessions will examine:
- what self-care looks like for you
- your connection to your body signals for hunger, fullness, fatigue and stress
- helpful mindfulness strategies
- using your strengths for success
