Join us for the third School of Environmental Design and Rural Development Speaker Series event. Stephen Penner will share reflections from his participation in the 2018 International Comparative Rural Policy Summer Institute. The event, held in Tuskegee, Alabama, focused on social justice and rural policy. Information will also be shared about the 2019 International Comparative Rural Policy Summer Institute.
