Join us on a guided walk while we support our physical well-being and our heart health with some low-intensity, steady-state cardio. Take your break and join us for an hour-long interpretive nature walk as we do a general winter walk through one of the Arboretum’s old growth forests.

Remember to dress for the weather, wear comfortable footwear, and bring your water bottle as needed.
