GCS Presents: φαινω: Exploring an Ancient World of Creativity

This free event is a vital component of engagement with the material taught in the Classical Studies program. The event will be split into two days; Friday, March 3rd, 2023 being a participatory “show & tell” of art, poetry, music, dance, and anything that does not fit the traditional lecture structure. This will give students a chance to showcase their work. The “lecture series” portion will be occurring on March 4, featuring lectures from Dr. John Walsh, Dr. Jay Oliver, Dr. Sally Hickson, Max Cull, and Colton Gobbo.

We are hoping that students will have a newfound perspective on the study of Classics and how its methodologies are rapidly shifting.
