Arrell Director Examines Future of Food with BBC

Dr. Evan Fraser, the director of U of G’s Arrell Food Institute, appeared on the podcast “Instant Genius’ by BBC Science Focus to discuss the future of food as outlined in his new book Dinner on Mars: The Technologies That Will Feed the Red Planet and Transform Agriculture on Earth.  

A professor in the Department of Geography, Environment & Geomatics, Fraser helps lead the Food from Thought initiative. He studies rural agricultural policy food security and how each is affected by climate change.
