Nov. 8 is Indigenous Veterans Day, a time to honour the important contributions made by First Nations, Inuit and Métis veterans here and overseas. The military service of First Nations, Inuit and Métis people has deep roots, and it is essential that we recognize, commemorate and remember their sacrifices as we continue to take steps on the journey towards reconciliation.

Remembrance Day
On Remembrance Day, we honour all those who have served and continue to serve. The U of G community is invited to take part in a Remembrance Day event that begins in Branion Plaza and processes to War Memorial Hall – rain or shine.
