Dr. Nita Chhinzer

Dr. Nita Chhinzer, an organizational management researcher in the Gordon S. Lang School of Business and Economics, discussed the concept of “quiet firing” with Cost of Living on CBC Radio.

The term applies when “employers make the workplace such a difficult environment that the employee feels that they have no choice but to leave,” Chhinzer said.

A professor in the Department of Management, Chhinzer researches strategic human resources management procedures and ethics.
