Dr. Robert Enright, an art theory and criticism researcher at the College of Arts, discussed the role of technology, such as NFTs and AI-generated art with CBC Entertainment.  

Enright explained the interest to these new technologies may be a result of “the industry shifting to value the selling of art over its creation,” where there’s an emphasis on always finding something new to sell.  

 A professor in the School of Fine Art and Music, Enright is a cultural journalist and is a senior contributing editor of Border Crossings.
