The last week of January is Consent Action Week, an annual educational initiative held at universities across Ontario.

Established by the Ontario University Sexual Violence Network in 2018, the week is an opportunity for campus communities to create a dialogue about consent, pleasure, relationships and increase understanding of sexual violence. It is also an opportunity to raise awareness about support and resources.

As part of Consent Action Week, U of G is hosting an online event about sexual assault survivorship.
