Prof. Phil Loring

Prof. Phil Loring, Department of Geography, Environment and Geomatics, appeared on TVO’s The Agenda With Steve Paikin on Wednesday evening for a panel discussion on how climate change is affecting our food systems and our diets.

The panel discussed the current challenges as well as some proposed to solutions both to climate change and global food security.

Loring is the Arrell Chair in Food, Policy, and Society and an ecological anthropologist whose research concerns food security and sovereignty, community sustainability, and environmental change.
