Derek Vella (University of Guelph)

Derek Vella, manager of the Guelph Food Innovation Centre at U of G, was featured in a Nov. 20 article in Brownfield Ag News For America.

The story said U of G is Canada’s largest agricultural university and highlighted major research trends, including new plant-based foods and cannabis production.

The article came out of a media tour organized by Global Affairs Canada to highlight innovation in Canadian agriculture technology.
