University of Guelph professors Jane Londerville and Paul Anglin research various aspects of the real estate market, including mortgage rates.

Prof. Jane Londerville recently co-authored a report urging the federal government to encourage more home ownership as a central feature of a national housing strategy. She studies the real estate market, mortgage-backed securities pricing, real estate financing and valuation issues, and real estate portfolio information.
