The University of Guelph’s India Summer Field School was featured in the Globe and Mail Nov. 13. The profile was part of a story looking at the declining number of Canadian students studying abroad, while examining successful study abroad programs. Prof. Andrea Paras, Political Science, and student Carly MacArthur were interviewed about the field school, which involves a three-month course in Canada followed by four weeks in India. The course was recently awarded the Panorama Award for Outstanding International Education by the Canadian Bureau for International Education.
