Paul Uys, senior external director of the Food Institute of the University of Guelph, was interviewed Oct. 20 on CTV’s Your Morning. Uys discussed growth potential for meat substitutes and environmental issues associated with farm animals. He worked at Loblaw Companies Ltd. for 25 years, where he headed the product development department for several brands and also served as vice-president of innovation.
