DESCRIPTION:Learn to relax tight muscles\, calm anxiety\, settle a busy brain\, cope effectively and have more energy.  This skills training program meets twice a week\, on Tuesdays and Thursdays\, for 12 sessions  over six weeks. \nThe noon group meets in University Centre\, Room 334 from 12 – 1 p.m. \nThe 5:30 p.m. group meets in University Centre\, Room 335 from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. \nThe fee is $40 for U of G students\, $60 for members of USW Local 4120 and $120 for everyone else.
