With the tools available to us\, it is easy to create and distribute a survey. However\, there are a number of important issues to consider when creating a survey. In particular\, it is paramount to have a clear idea of your intention for both the process and the result before you begin. What is your research question\, what will you do with the data that is collected\, what decisions or actions will this data guide? DESCRIPTION:The Positive Space Project is an initiative on campus to develop an LGBTQ2SIA+ awareness and informational training (both online and in-person) for U of G faculty and staff. As part of the training development\, organizers will create videos about key concepts such as pronouns\, coming out and allyship.   \nLGBTQ2SIA+ faculty and staff at the University are invited to take part in filming these videos\, prioritizing BIPOC (Black\, Indigenous\, and People of Colour)\, disabled\, and/or trans or non-binary individuals. The time commitment is approximately two hours\, although this is flexible with your schedule and how many videos you are interested in filming.
