This event will be held at the University of Guelph with lake fish tutorials on flavour profiles and filleting by Ocean Wise Chef Ned Bell and Chef Shaun Edmonstone of Bruce Wine Bar. \nHave you ever met your fishermen? We will also have a representative from the Ontario Commercial Fisheries Association who will speak to the history of fishing in the great lakes. Additionally\, there will be a panel on why sourcing local is so important for the food culture of your business. Plus\, the day will wrap up with a bus ride and tour of the Alma Research Station\, an aquaculture research facility that is part of the University of Guelph. \nLast but not least will be a post event dinner hosted at The Woolwich Pub aka The Wooly Pub.
