SUMMARY:Presentation Boot Camp: Put it in Practice
DESCRIPTION:The most effective way to improve your presentation skills is through practice. Presentation Boot Camp: Put It In Practice is for students who would like to practice their presentation skills with a supportive group of staff and students. In a small group\, you will present a short (5-8 minute) academic presentation and receive practical\, timely feedback on your presentation skills. You will also expand your knowledge of presentation skills by giving feedback on other students’ presentations. \nWe highly recommend that you enroll as well in our morning workshop\, Presentation Boot Camp: Fundamentals\, which will feature a series of hands-on sessions on a number of presentation skills and strategies. Please note that you must register separately for PBC:Fundamentals. Participants who attend both workshops will receive a certificate of attendance.
