SUMMARY:Arboretum: Hawks Workshop
DESCRIPTION:This workshop will help you develop your skills in identifying migrating hawks\, falcons\, vultures\, eagles and osprey. Through a wide variety of hands-on activities\, you’ll learn about plumage\, body shape\, foraging techniques\, flight patterns and migration times of 15 species. An information booklet will be provided. \nArboretum Naturalist: Chris Earley\, author of Hawks and Owls of Eastern North America. \nRegistration \nEarly Bird Fee: $80 by Sept. 5. \nRegular Fee: $90 \nNote: If we don’t have enough registrations by the early bird deadline the course may be cancelled. Maximum 18 adults.
