Out of courtesy to the class we will not be able to troubleshoot software set up during class time.

DESCRIPTION:Learn how to fall asleep (or back to sleep) more easily\, and get more energy from sleep using proven\, drug-free strategies.\nThis skills program meets weekly on Tuesday evenings\, from 6:30 – 7:30 p.m.\, for five sessions.\nAn online program is also available.\nThe fee is $20 for U of G students\, $50 for members of USW Local 4120\, and $100 for all others.
