SUMMARY:Town Hall: We're Listening\, Your Experience Matters
DESCRIPTION:The past few months here in our U of G community have been really hard for all of us. We are all concerned about student wellness and want to make things better for you and our whole community. We know we can do better. We want to do better. We also know we can’t fix this alone. We need help. \nThe University has hired Overlap\, a human-centered design firm. Overlap specializes in using empathy to deeply understand the needs of the people at the heart of a problem and then co-design solutions with them. \nThe event is open only to members of the U of G community. It is designed to allow us to come together as a community to: \n\nlisten;\nshare what we’ve learned so far;\ncapture your experience (especially if you haven’t had a chance to do this);\nget your ideas on how we might improve things; and\nget your wisdom on things we can take action on.\n\nWhat we learn from your experience\, your needs and the town hall will inform what we do next. This is just the start. We’re here\, we’re listening and we know that together better is absolutely possible. \nLocation: University Centre\, Peter Clark Hall (lower level)
