SUMMARY:Growing Native Woody Plants From Seeds
DESCRIPTION:Learn how to grow your own native trees and shrubs. Characteristic seeds for the workshop will be collected while touring part of the Arboretum. We will show you techniques for cleaning\, treating and sowing seeds\, and how to protect them as seeds and young plants. A tour of the Arboretum’s native plant nursery will help you set up your own project. This workshop is led by Arboretum horticulturist Sean Fox. Early bird fee is $75.
