DESCRIPTION:The University of Guelph-Humber is honoured to host the 30th NIBS Worldwide Case Competition from Feb. 16–21\, 2026\, marking the first time this prestigious global event will be held in Toronto. \nBuilding on over a decade of competitive success – including championship titles in 2019 and 2022\, as well as numerous top-three finishes – the University of Guelph-Humber is proud to bring this distinguished international event to Toronto. \nThe Championship Round will welcome more than 60 students from 16 international business schools for a week of rigorous competition\, cultural exchange\, and global collaboration. \nFor more information about the competition\, please visit the official website.

SUMMARY:Winter Tree I.D. (In-person)
DESCRIPTION:No leaves? No problem! From bark\, to buds\, to leaf scars\, participants get hands-on experience in reading these winter clues for winter identification of trees. This workshop focuses on native Ontario trees\, with some common introduced species included as well. Part of the session will be held outdoors\, so be sure to dress for the weather! \nFee: $94 (plus HST) per person if you register by the early bird deadline of Feb. 13\, 2026. After Feb. 13 the fee is $104 plus HST. \n* Please note that we are also offering a virtual Winter Tree I.D. course Thursdays January 15 to February 5\, 2026.
