DESCRIPTION:Although the transition from peri-menopause to menopause is a normal part of every woman’s life\, many of the changes can be very disruptive. It doesn’t have to be that way! Women may experience symptoms of peri-menopause beginning in their early 40’s and continue to experience symptoms into their 50’s. Simple nutritional and lifestyle modifications can have a big impact on the experience of menopause and beyond. \nLet’s change the narrative on menopause to make it a time of empowerment and personal growth. \nDuring this seminar\, we will discuss the following: \n\nIdentify the common symptoms of peri-menopause/menopause and how they affect our body.\nReview evidence informed tools to address common concerns including hot flashes\, disruptions in mood\, sleep and concentration.\nDiscuss life after menopause – Reviewing risk factors for osteoporosis and cardiovascular disease.\nAnswer questions\n\nRegister now!
