An event every week that begins at 6:00 am on Wednesday, repeating until Wednesday, December 29, 2021

Reduce stress; maintain balance and enjoyment for the holiday season.

Note: Whether you are looking to de-stress or hoping to give Yoga a try, all are welcome to attend.

What: Gentle online classical yoga classes, combining breath, movement and meditation.

When: Wednesday mornings from 6 to 7 a.m. November 24 to December 29.

Teacher:
Cary has had a personal yoga practice for many years before she became a Classical Yoga teacher in 2011. Her aim when starting yoga was primarily to improve her physical health. Cary now loves the yogic lifestyle, philosophy, and everything related to yoga.
